So b/c I wasn't totally awake this morning, I didn't quite read, comprehend, understand, etc. the whole blog award thing I feel a wee bit pink...seems I had won it this morning! It took Alicia coming back here to tell me. Now I'm a shade of red...like a Perisan Red...thanks Alicia for filling my clueless arse in!!

I'll do my blog pickin' tomorrow when I'm bright-eyed & bushy tailed! For now, I'm going to enjoy my cuppa joe :)

I have been nominated for my very first blog award! How flippin' cool is that?!

My husband doesn't think it's cool, but I do so *Sticks Tongue Out In Hubands Direction*
He's not into the whole blogging thang, he thinks it's all a bit lame.....but then he dips snuff....enough said. (I love you honey, thanks for all your help on my math pre-tests yesterday *SMOOCHES*)

So back to my nomination! Alicia over at One Mum's Musings has put me in the running for this nifty little blog award called 'One Lovely Blog.' Isn't that nice?!

I'm not quite sure on how the "winner" is selected & I don't even care! I'm just thrilled that she picked my blog out of the thousands (being sorta-kinda new to blogging and all)!!

Well that might explain it

I have wondered why I haven't gotten any comments on my blog. I thought maybe people just found it extremely boring (and so what if they did?!) or maybe they are the readers that don't like to comment (see 'comment whore' blinkie) or maybe it's because they weren't able to leave comments....

A fellow blogging mama was nice enough to let me know over at CafeMom that, hey! Your comment link is broken!! Well hell. I honestly had no idea why so I went in, clicked something that had the word 'embedded' in it & Viola! My comment link works again!
